Narratives of Nature

Narratives of Nature is a Melbourne based, emerging, award-winning publisher. A world where words and watercolours wash together, we celebrate stories inspired by our human nature and the natural world. Drawing from the lived experiences of our creators, subject matter considering mental health, loss and the timeless nature of love infuses our literature. Our debut picture book ‘Elegy for an Elephant’ was designed in consultation with counsellors and psychologists to ensure it was sensitively crafted in its exploration of grief and loss. It can be used as a tool by families, teachers and mental health practitioners to support the processing of losing loved ones in safe and supported ways
